If you are unable to attend on your booked date, we will try and accommodate an alternative, but this might not always be possible.
Please note we require 20 full working days’ notice of cancellation. Those failing to give the required notice will be subject to the following charges:
Over 20 working days before the due visit 25% will be payable
Less than 20 working days before the due visit you will be charged the full amount.
As our activities are based outside if, due to adverse weather conditions, or the unforeseen circumstances of staff illness we need to cancel at short notice we will offer you an alternative date for your visit.
