Child Protection
Where company staff are regularly and closely involved in school visits, it is strongly advisable that the company on their behalf applies to the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) for a Standard of Enhanced Disclosure. The CRB will check criminal records information in the Police National Computer and where appropriate, DfES's 'list 99' for people considered to be unsuitable to work with children (see also Published references to children).
